Refund & Return Policy

At NOIR ARC, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality fragrance decants. Every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, tested, or partially used products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact NOIR ARC within 48 hours of delivery at support@noirarc.com.

To submit a claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage

Our team will review your claim and determine whether it qualifies for a refund or replacement.

If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

NOIR ARC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used fragrance decants

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Orders submitted outside the 48-hour claim period

  • Items marked as final sale
