NOIR ARC only sells 100% authentic fragrances and fragrance decants. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand unless explicitly stated.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Product availability issues

  • Violation of these Terms

Orders may be canceled by the customer within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

7. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. NOIR ARC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting photos. Approved claims may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our sole discretion.
