Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by NOIR ARC.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, if available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. NOIR ARC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
NOIR ARC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier or marked as delivered.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@noirarc.com.

Domestic Shipping
NOIR ARC currently ships within the United States. We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations at our discretion.
