This policy outlines how you can change or cancel purchases made through NOIR ARC, including pre-orders.
Standard Orders
Standard orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at noirarcdecants@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details on eligible refunds.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a fragrance that is not yet in our inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout. We will do our best to fulfill and ship all pre-orders within 2–4 weeks of the order date.
Pre-orders may be canceled any time before the order has been fulfilled and shipped under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within 1 hour of placing the pre-order will receive a full refund with no fees applied
- Cancellations made after the 1-hour window are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing costs
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, our standard Refund & Return Policy applies and the order cannot be canceled.
Subscriptions
NOIR ARC does not currently offer subscription-based purchases.
